Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Drone BPL's services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Drone BPL provides professional drone services including photogrammetry, aerial inspections, cinematography, and surveying. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and regulatory compliance. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or legal requirements cannot be met.

2. Booking and Payment

Services are booked through written agreements or purchase orders. Payment terms include:

  • 50% deposit required to secure booking
  • Remaining balance due within 30 days of service completion
  • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest charge
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service incur 50% cancellation fee

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information and site access
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for drone operations on private property
  • Ensuring site safety and notifying us of any hazards
  • Complying with data usage restrictions and intellectual property rights

4. Weather and Delays

Drone operations are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel flights due to adverse weather conditions, including rain, high winds, or poor visibility. Rescheduling will be arranged at no additional cost. No refunds are provided for weather-related delays.

5. Deliverables

Deliverables are provided in agreed-upon formats within specified timeframes. Standard turnaround times are 2-7 business days depending on service type. Rush services available for additional fee. All deliverables remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for agreed purposes. Drone BPL retains copyright and may use project materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of raw data or processed outputs.

7. Liability and Insurance

Drone BPL carries comprehensive liability insurance covering drone operations. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Clients are responsible for their use of deliverables and any decisions made based on our data.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements available upon request. We will not share sensitive project data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Warranty and Accuracy

We strive for high accuracy in all deliverables. Photogrammetry services typically achieve sub-centimeter accuracy with proper ground control. However, accuracy depends on various factors including weather, equipment, and site conditions. We warrant that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to termination date. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where we cannot fulfill the service agreement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Belgrade, Serbia, in accordance with Serbian arbitration rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
